What is H2O Community?
H20 Community is a program Marion Utilities established to help struggling people in our community find a path to financial stability. We work with the United Way, Circles of Grant County, Affordable Housing and Community Development Corporation, and other local entities to identify families that have committed to bettering their life and help them meet a financial goal that is specific to their situation.

This program is designed to help low-income households and does not require proof of COVID-19 hardship to apply. This funding is available to be used through September 2023 and the program will be finished when the funds run out. Apply here.
