What Is
H20 Community?
H20 Community is a program Marion Utilities established to help struggling people in our community find a path to financial stability. We work with the United Way, Circles of Grant County, Affordable Housing and Community Development Corporation, and other local entities to identify families that have committed to bettering their life and help them meet a financial goal that is specific to their situation.

Other Programs
The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is federal funding that comes to IHCDA from two sources; the 2021 Appropriations Bill and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). You can soon apply for water/wastewater assistance while applying for EAP assistance. When you complete the EAP application, check the box that you want to receive water assistance as well. Indiana’s Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a new program that provides funds to assist with your water and wastewater bills.
