Delinquent Shut Offs & Reconnect

If you make your full payment before 11:30 a.m., your service will be reconnected between 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. the same afternoon.

If you are paying your full payment after 11:30 a.m., your service will be reconnected the next day between 7:30 and 11:30 a.m.

You may sign verification for a turn-on and go. This allows service to be turned on without requiring anyone to be at the turn-on location at a specific time. The Utility is not responsible for running water with this verification.
