Payment Options

Online Payment

Access your Marion Utilities Online Services account to pay your water bill or view your account balance. All a utility customer needs to create an on-line payment account is his or her account number (found on any monthly statement), the book number (the first 3 numbers of the account number), and the PIN number (the last four digits of the customer’s phone number).  Customers can also call the utility billing office to obtain a PIN number or change their number for added security.


Automatic Payment

Customers can set-up automatic payments from either your checking or savings account.  The amount of your utility balance will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month on the due date of your bill. You will still receive a bill in the mail for your records showing the charges each month, but once enrolled you will never need to write a check to us again.
