Phase II Wellhead Protection Plan
The Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Water Quality has approved the Phase II Wellhead Protection Plan for Marion Utilities. The plan was established to protect groundwater from contamination near Marion Utilities public supply wells. The plan was developed and implemented by a local planning team and Marion Utilities.
