Can I pay my bill online?

It’s our hope that customers will find on-line payment a useful tool. It can be found under the “services” menu on the website.

 

All a utility customer needs to create an on-line payment account is his or her account number (found on any monthly statement), the book number (the first 3 numbers of the account number), and the PIN number (the last four digits of the customer’s phone number).  Customers can also call the utility billing office to obtain a PIN number or change their number for added security.

 

Once an account is created customers can use a credit or debit card or an e-check to pay utility bills.
