Payments can be made at the following locations:
After hours drop box on Washington Street at the main entrance of the Utility

Main Office Monday thru Friday
  Walk-in: 7:30 a.m. -  4:30 p.m. & Drive-up Window: 8:00 a.m. -  4:30 p.m.

For your convenience the Business Office is open Monday thru Friday 7:30  a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a Night Deposit Box on Washington Street for bill payments 24 hours a day.

When applying for service for the first time, it will be necessary to complete an application and pay any required fees. Your current account needs to be in good standing to transfer.

You will need to bring with you your drivers license and another form of I. D. along with your social security number.

Most likely due to non-payment.

If your water has been shut off because of non-payment, you must first pay your account in full and then an appointment will be scheduled for the water to be turned back on.

If you need to make arrangements on your bill, because of an unexpected emergency, you will need to come into the office and sign a written arrangement.

Your deposit is applied to your account after three years of good payment history maintained with the utility. Good payment history consists of penalties paid only once a year and a bill not accumulating to two months.

Your meter is read every other month. You will receive a bill monthly with every other bill being estimated.

Utility bill adjustments will be considered upon submission of a written request and a copy of the repair bill by the property owner. You may receive an adjustment one time during any 12 month period.
