Meter Testing

A meter shall be tested for accuracy if the customer requests it. If the test establishes the accuracy of the meter to be within ninety-eight (98) percent and one hundred and two (102) percent the Utility shall charge the customer Five Dollars ($5.00) for doing the test. The customer may have a representative present when the meter is tested.
